General Club information

The New Jersey Antique Bottle Club meets quarterly on the 4th Tuesday of the month in the months of January, May, September and December. Meeting times are from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and our meeting location varies. We meet at:

• The East Brunswick Museum, 16 Maple Street, East Brunswick, New Jersey. (view map) The museum is located in a Methodist Church that was built in 1861. The East Brunswick Historical Society hosts our meetings and in return for their generosity our club started an American historical flask collection for the museum in 1996 and we have continued to donate one flask a year to their collection.

• The Knights of Columbus Hall, 88 Jackson Street, South River, NJ. (view map) The K of C Hall is the site of one of our annual bottle shows. We hold one or two meetings a year at this location. Meetings are held in the lounge so if you decide to attend please use the door with the blue awning to enter the building. When we meet at the K of C Hall we always meet on the 4th Monday of the month since the facility is used by another group on the 4th Tuesday.

• Member homes are occasionally used for meetings especially for the Holiday meeting in December. Our club members have had the privilege of viewing the collections of Bill Geisz, Tom McCandless and Richard Watson after a ‘bring a dish’ holiday meal. If you would like to host a meeting at your home please let us know.

Post cards are sent 10-14 days prior to all members as a reminder of an upcoming meeting. If you are not a club member and would like to attend a future meeting, the next site and date will be posted here. Please join us for an evening of bottle chat and trading. We encourage our members to bring items to show and trade. Its nice to have a mini bottle show a few times a year.
